SHIPPING TERMS AND COSTS


Please note that shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to import duties in your country. We are unable to calculate what charges buyers in each country will have to pay upon delivery.

 

DELIVERY

 

At BRIGHT-SKINCARE SL, we will do everything possible to ship an order the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding official holidays) from the day the order is placed.

Delivery times to EU countries are 2–3 business days and up to 15 business days for deliveries to non-EU countries.

 

ORDERS

 

To place an order you must:

  1. (a) Complete and submit the online order through our website by adding a product to your digital shopping cart.
  2. (b) Enter all necessary delivery and billing information, including valid card details.
  3. BRIGHT-SKINCARE SL reserves the right to reject any order. If so, we will notify you as soon as possible, provide reasons for the rejection, and refund the full amount of your payment.
  4. Once we have accepted your order, you will receive a confirmation email. From this moment, these Terms and Conditions of Purchase will be binding between you and BRIGHT-SKINCARE SL. You will be informed of your order status via email. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues.


REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Only products purchased through the BRIGHT-SKINCARE SL website may be returned to BRIGHT-SKINCARE SL for exchange or refund. Products purchased by other means (stores, department stores, etc.) must be returned at the original place of purchase.

  • If you made a mistake with your online order, we will gladly exchange it for the product you intended to purchase and refund or charge the price difference. The product packaging must be intact, in its original purchase condition. You will be responsible for shipping costs and arrangements. Please email us at customerservices@bright-skincare.com if you made such a mistake.
  • If a product is damaged during shipping, BRIGHT-SKINCARE SL will provide a replacement or full refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by BRIGHT-SKINCARE SL if the products were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly. Refunds will be issued through the payment method used at the time of purchase. If possible, please attach a photo by email to help process the claim.
  • In all cases, you must provide the original proof of purchase, and products must be returned within 14 days of purchase for BRIGHT-SKINCARE SL to process any refund or exchange. Please email customerservices@bright-skincare.com beforehand, indicating your intention to return or exchange a product, so our staff can assist you.

Keep the postal receipt until you are sure the package has arrived correctly at the company. We may need to verify it in case we do not receive the package.

We will do everything possible to process returns within 20 days of receipt, and the refund will be issued through the original payment method.
